Institute of Environment & Management - Master of Business Administration (MBA), Co-Curricular Activities
  Co-Curricular Activities
Classroom studies alone are insufficient for the overall development of students. Fully understanding their need for refinement and grooming, we organise a variety of extracurricular activities almost every month. In fact, IEM is one of the few management institutes actively involved in organizing seminars, conferences, cultural events, trade fairs, sports activities, and excursion trips. Of all our events, Midnight Mela is the most celebrated and popular event. We have been religiously organizing it for the past nine years. Wholly managed by students, under the supervision of our teachers, Midnight Mela is a kind of trade fair where companies, both big and small, set up their stalls for a period of four days. And there are representatives from all sectors, major ones being retail outlets, banking and finance, automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durable, and I.T. The number of participating organizations has been increasing with each successive edition, and last year, it touched the hundred mark. As a result of this event, students learn the art of organizing and coordinating, and companies ride on the large footfall to make huge profits. With cultural programmes lined up on all four evenings, the mela provides budding artistes a platform to perform before a jam-packed audience.

Folder 4 (Millennium Zephyr, Radiance, Akashganga)
Millennium Zephyr is yet another mega cultural event that we organize every year with pomp and show. Students from management colleges of the city participate in events like singing, dancing, skit shows, ramp walk, slogan writing, debate, extempore, and many more. Besides a great deal of fun, it is an exhibition of hidden talents and skills. In addition, there are other events like Radiance and Aakashganga where similar activities are organised.
